Araldite® CY 184 by Huntsman is a low viscosity, hexahydrophthalic acid diglycidylester based epoxy resin. It is designed for transformers, generators and motors.
- Offers good electrical insulation performance, high deflection temperature, excellent dielectric properties and high temperature- & UV resistance.
- Araldite® CY 184 is suitable for processing by casting, filament winding, automatic pressure gelation (APG), potting, pultrusion and vacuum pressure impregnation.
- Recommended for the manufacture of medium and high voltage electrical insulating components.
