Fusion® 742 by Greene Tweed is a versatile high performance fluoroelastomer (FKM). It offers outstanding physical properties and conforms to a wide range of hardware features. It performs well in aggressive chemicals and where ultrapure materials are not required.
  • It is recommended for conventional wet and dry systems as well as dynamic and static applications.
  • Fusion® 742 is designed for bonded slit valve doors, gaskets, chamber-, door-, window-, lid-, gas inlet-, KF fitting-, valve- and union seals.
  • It is suitable for various process applications, including metalization (CVD, PVD, sputtering, evaporation), ion implant, oxidation (LPCVD)/diffusion, deposition (CVD, PECVD, RPCVD, HDCVD, APCVD, SACVD, DCVD), dry plasma etch, dry ashing, wet etch (acid, base), wet metal plating, and implant anneal.
