Terratek® WC200118

Supplied byGreen Dot Bioplastics- Last Updated on Dec 12, 2022

Terratek® WC200118 by Green Dot Bioplastics is a proprietary blend of maple wood fiber (30%) and polypropylene grade. It can be processed by injection molding. This sustainable wood plastic composite is used in children’s & dogs toys, automotive interiors, patio furniture, lawn & garden edging, fencing materials, outdoor decking materials and siding. It blends fine wood particles with renewable, biodegradable, reclaimed, recycled or virgin plastic materials to make firm, smooth pellets. It reduces energy use since it melts at lower temperatures. This grade offers uniform pellet size for even melting, low moisture content, low processing temperature, weather stability, long life and less maintenance. It provides no splinter, more natural look & feel and ease of processing. It is compatible with existing machinery. It is reclaimed from wood-working industries, such as window and door factories, creating an upcycled waste stream. Terratek® WC200118 has 30% by weight biomass content.
