Biograde® C 6530

Biodegradable polymer-blend based on cellulose acetate (CA), special additives and a high percentage of fillers. It is derived from partially natural resource material but does not contain any starch or starch derivatives. Possesses high content of natural resource materials, excellent heat resistance-up to 115 °C. It is injection moldable on conventional injection molding equipment and is processable with multi-cavity molds. Used in flat sheet / film suitable for thermoforming on conventional deep drawing machinery. Suitable for production of injection molded rigid parts particularly those with thin wall and long flow paths. Used to produce items such as heat-resistant cups and electrical articles.
