VESTAKEEP® Easy Slide 2 by Evonik is a carbon fiber-reinforced, wear and friction modified polyether ether ketone (PEEK). It provides a low coefficient of friction, increased abrasion resistance, and oil resistance.
  • It is flame-resistant and has superior mechanical, thermal, and chemical resistance.
  • It is PTFE free and offers superior tribological properties, including resistance to high temperatures, pressure, and velocity.
  • It is self-lubricating and delivers improved energy-efficiency and noise dampening.
  • It can be processed on common injection molding machines for thermoplastics and can also be extruded.
  • It is used in slide bearings, thrust washers, sealings, and transmission parts.
  • It is suitable for industrial, automotive and mobility, energy, oil and gas, medical, and robotics applications, especially in high-temperature and high-pressure environments.
  • It has a shelf life of 2 years.
