TROGAMID® HT

TROGAMID® HT by Evonik is a highly transparent polyamide (PA) with a high glass transition temperature. It combines a relatively high heat deflection temperature with good mechanical properties and low water uptake. Exhibits high heat resistance, outstanding dimensional stability, excellent chemical resistance, high static and dynamic load capacity. Offers wear resistance, high impact-, good weathering and scratch resistance. Due to its high softening temperature and excellent ductility, TROGAMID® HT has proven useful as an impact-resistance modifier for epoxy resins in composite applications in the aviation industry. It is ideally suited for high-end ATEX applications in the higher temperature range. It is recommended for electrical, mechanical engineering, automotive and sanitation industries.
