Tepex® dynalite 102fr-RG600(x)/47% by Envalior is a halogen-free, flame retardant, polyamide 6 thermoplastic composite matrix reinforced with roving glass fibers. It is electromagnetically shielded by a carbon textile insert in the composite or a metallic surface coating. The glass fibers are arranged multiaxially and thus precisely matched to the load transfer points and load paths in the component. Exhibits high degree of strength and rigidity. Suitable for high voltage components of electric vehicle batteries including separator plates, cover plates and control unit housings. It is available in quantities for large-scale applications. It passes UL 94 V-0 flammability test. Tepex® dynalite 102fr-RG600(x)/47% complies with EU RoHS and REACH (EC) No 1907/2006.
