It is developed entirely from sustainable raw materials, achieving an approximate 50% reduction in carbon footprint. Tepex® dynalite 104-RG600(x)/47% is used in lightweight automotive applications, including vehicle underbodies and safety-critical structural components such as front-end carriers and seat pans. Tepex® dynalite 102-RGUD600(x)/47% by Envalior is a highly resilient polyamide 6 (PA 6) consolidated composite reinforced with 47% roving glass fibers. It offers lower production costs and a smaller carbon footprint. It delivers exceptional strength, safety and rigidity with extremely low weight for products demanding lightweight durability. It is used in battery housing applications. Tepex® dynalite 102-RGUD600(x)/47% is certified to ISCC-Plus. Tepex® dynalite 102fr-FG290 by Envalior is a fine glass fiber filled, halogen-free, flame retardant, polyamide 6 thermoplastic composite matrix. Exhibits high degree of strength and rigidity. It is electromagnetically shielded by a carbon textile insert in the composite or a metallic surface coating. Designed for electrical and electronics sector such as small housings that are required to comply with the DIN EN 45545-2 standard, railway applications for fire protection on railway vehicles. It is available in quantities for large-scale applications and produces high-quality surfaces that are easy to paint. Tepex® dynalite 102fr-FG290 complies with EU RoHS and REACH (EC) No 1907/2006 as well as passes UL 94 V-0 flammability test. Tepex® dynalite 202fr by Envalior is a halogen-free, flame retardant, carbon fiber reinforced polyamide 6 thermoplastic composite matrix. Designed for components subjected to extreme mechanical stress, such as high-strength electronic housings. It is an alternative to composites made of flame-retardant polycarbonate. Exhibits high degree of strength and rigidity. It is electromagnetically shielded by a carbon textile insert in the composite or a metallic surface coating. It is available in quantities for large-scale applications and produces high-quality surfaces that are easy to paint. Tepex® dynalite 202fr complies with EU RoHS and REACH (EC) No 1907/2006 as well as passes UL 94 V-0 flammability test. Tepex® dynalite 102fr-RG600(x)/47% by Envalior is a halogen-free, flame retardant, polyamide 6 thermoplastic composite matrix reinforced with roving glass fibers. It is electromagnetically shielded by a carbon textile insert in the composite or a metallic surface coating. The glass fibers are arranged multiaxially and thus precisely matched to the load transfer points and load paths in the component. Exhibits high degree of strength and rigidity. Suitable for high voltage components of electric vehicle batteries including separator plates, cover plates and control unit housings. It is available in quantities for large-scale applications.
