Stanyl® HGR2 BK00001 by Envalior is a high-performance, non-reinforced, heat-stabilized polyamide (PA 4-6) grade. It provides high mechanical properties, superior heat- & chemical resistance, abrasion resistance and design stiffness and process flow qualities. It is a friction-modified high heat grade designed for friction-reduction in valve timing-chain systems that offers excellent wear & friction properties in combination with low friction. It allows for cost-effective solutions due to faster cycle times. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Its possible applications include automotive, gears, electrical & electronics and outdoor power equipment. Stanyl® HGR2 BK00001 is also applicable in slide shoe surfaces and timing chain tensioner surfaces.
