Grilamid® L PA12

Grilamid® L PA12 by EMS-Grivory (EMS Group) is polyamide 12 grade. It is formed by the polymerization of laurolactam, a ring-shaped, long-chain monomer with 12 carbon atoms. Exhibits very low water absorption, excellent dimensional stability and low density. Offers very good resistance to hydrolysis, chemicals and weathering as well as high impact strength down to –40°C. Designed for feed lines & connectors for media and compressed air systems in automotive, industrial goods, sports and leisure. It is also used in sanitary components (replacement of brass), pneumatic pipes, cables & cable protection, housings for high-quality electronic devices and components for household appliances. Grilamid® L PA12 is suitable for processing by injection molding, pipe extrusion, film extrusion or blow-molding.
