TPSiV™ 4000-60A by DuPont is a soft silky thermoplastic silicone vulcanizate (TPSiV) elastomer. Is colorable and UV stabilized. Exhibits bondability, scratch resistance, good abrasion- and UV resistance. Shows excellent bonding to polycarbonate (PC), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and similar polar substrates. Provides mar resistance, low emissions and volatiles. Designed for overmolding injection molding process. TPSiV™ 4000-60A by DuPont is recommended for mobile communication devices, consumer electronics, computer components, sporting goods, electrical- and leisure applications.
