TPSiV™ 4000-50A by DuPont is a soft silky, UV stabilized thermoplastic silicone vulcanizate (TPSiV) elastomer. Exhibits bondability, scratch resistance, low friction, good colorability, abrasion- and UV resistance. Shows excellent bonding to polycarbonate (PC), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and similar polar substrates. Provides mar resistance, low emissions and volatiles. Designed for overmolding injection molding process. TPSiV™ 4000-50A by DuPont is recommended for mobile communication devices, consumer electronics, computer components, electrical- , sports- and leisure applications.
