TPSiV™ 3111-60A by DuPont is a soft silky thermoplastic silicone vulcanizate (TPSiV) elastomer. Exhibits bondability, hydrolysis- and scratch resistance and good abrasion resistance. Provides excellent bonding to polycarbonate (PC) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). Shows mar resistance, low emissions and volatiles. Designed for overmolding injection molding process. TPSiV™ 3111-60A is recommended for seals, enclosures, sporting goods, mobile communication devices, consumer electronics, computers, electrical and leisure applications.
