Delrin® 100AL NC010 is a high-viscosity acetal homopolymer. It is naturally resilient and self-lubricating. It contains an advanced system of lubrication designed for low wear, low friction and low noise against metals and plastics. Offers high mechanical strength and rigidity. It provides excellent fatigue- and impact resistance as well as resistance to moisture, gasoline, lubricants, solvents and many other neutral chemicals. Also gives excellent dimensional stability and good electrical insulating characteristics. Delrin® 100AL NC010 is processed by injection molding, profile and sheet extrusion. Recommended for automotive, domestic appliances, sports, industrial engineering, electronics and consumer goods industries.
