THERMEC™ S 4162T2 by Domo is a lubricated, impact modified polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) based material. Suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. It is a sintered carbon replacement for submersible pump thrust bearings that are exposed to continuous application temperatures up to 200°C. Designed for engineering plastics, automotive, electrical/ electronics, industrial and consumer goods. Provides high temperature resistance, compressive strength, excellent mechanical performance and low creep. Offers outstanding abrasion and wear resistance properties to improve tool life. THERMEC™ S 4162T2 is a cost-effective, high performance grade with excellent processability.
