NEOFLON FEP NP-120

Supplied byDaikin- Last Updated on May 30, 2022

NEOFLON FEP NP-120 by Daikin is a melt processable copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene. It provides improved stress crack resistance, good processability, excellent thermal stability, abrasion resistance, chemical inertness and long-term weatherability. It exhibits excellent slipperiness, low polarity, dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent. It imparts low surface energy, water & oil repellency and non-adherence properties. It shows excellent heat & chemical resistance, optical, electrical and mechanical properties. It can be processed by extrusion method. Typical applications of NEOFLON FEP NP-120 are wire & cable insulation, jacket, tubing and sheet applications.
