NEOFLON™ ETFE EP-546 by Daikin is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) and ethylene. Exhibits high transparency, lower melt viscosity, chemical stability, low reactivity, excellent resistance to heat-, chemicals-, permeation-, weather- and UV. Possesses low dielectric constant, dissipation factor, good tensile strength, high dielectric strength over a wide range of frequencies and temperatures. Offers the low critical surface energy and very low light reflection. Suitable for injection and extrusion processes. Recommended for wire insulation, containers, tubes, electric- and electronic parts. NEOFLON™ ETFE EP-546 complies with FDA 21 CFR.177.1550, ISO-9001 (Quality System), ISO-14001 (Environmental System) and Responsible Care 14001 (Safety, Health, Environment and Security).
