BAYFLEX® XGT-100 (Glass filled) by Covestro is a two liquid component (modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) and polyether polyol (152/100 by weight)) polyurethane elastomer grade, reinforced with 15% milled glass fiber (Owens Corning 737, 1/16 inch). It is processed by reaction injection molding (RIM). This grade offers extended gel time, excellent surface quality and high impact resistance. BAYFLEX® XGT-100 (Glass filled) is used in agricultural equipments, heavy-duty trucks, specialty transportation, and marine applications.
