Bayblend® FR3000 by Covestro is a flame-retardant, easy flowing polycarbonate + acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC+ABS) blend. Exhibits an excellent balance of properties such as rigidity, high dimensional accuracy and stability, excellent creep resistance, low moisture absorption, good light stability and high heat resistance. Possesses good paintability, provides low emissions and offers high stiffness, easy processing, and high toughness – even at cold temperatures. Processed by injection molding. Recommended for electronics, IT & communication, automotive & transportation applications, lawn & gardening equipment (riding mowers, hammer drills) and electrical application (connectors, cable ducts, other electro-technology products). Bayblend® FR3000 complies with UL 94 flame rating.
