SILBIONE™ TCS 7561 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a two-component, heat curing liquid silicone elastomer which cures by a polyaddition reaction. It is associated with the catalyst SILBIONE™ TCS 7602 C. It is used in coating of continuous or non-continuous bands and laces (for support stockings) and bra straps, trousers’ waist bands, parts of lingerie articles. This grade is also suitable for highly technical fabrics where excellent non-slip characteristics are needed, textile coating applications and medical support stockings. It possesses extremely low softness and very low modulus for a better skin contact & comfort. It provides solventless technology, surface stickiness and quick cure rate, with heat. This easy-to-process product shows resistance to dyes and detergents. It can be mixed with SILBIONE™ TCS 7560 A to obtain modulated stickiness. The shelf life of SILBIONE™ TCS 7561 A/B is 6 months.
