SILBIONE™ LSR 4745 A/B

SILBIONE™ LSR 4745 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a self lubricating, liquid silicone rubber grade. It provides high strength, high tear strength, and excellent mold release for shorter cycle times. It also provides internal lubrication for non-stick surfaces. It is designed for molded medical applications for skin contact or <30 day implantation. It is suitable for general molded parts where high slip is required. It delays bleed to prevent mold fouling. It can help prevent slit-healing. It is used in needleless valves, check valves, duckbill valves, one-way valves. SILBIONE™ LSR 4745 A/B rapidly cures at elevated temperature.
