BIOPLAST® 105 by Biotec is a new kind of plasticizer cherfreien thermoplastic material. Therefore there are no deposits or damp- fe of plasticizer during processing of BIOPLAST 105th The material suit- net ideal for injection molding, cast film extrusion and Blasfolienextru- sion from fully bio-degradable products. The full biological waste- biodegradability and other functional properties enable the converter into Pro- product areas to advance to the traditional thermoplastic materials previously were inaccessible. It is completely biodegradable, resistant to oils, greases, gasoline and water. Has a strength between LDPE and PET. It is shrinkable, transparent and can be colored with masterbatches. Possesses a good water vapor barrier. It is produced from over 60% sustainable crop material. With all the attributes of our other grades, this resin offers greater transparency for those clearer products. BIOPLAST® 105 is used in short-lived consumer goods, film coating thickness of foam and fiber-cast shells, packaging, carrying bags, knot bags, shrink films, labels and seals, raschel as well as root networks.
