Ultrason® E 2010 G4 MR SW 15102

Supplied byBASF- Last Updated on Nov 20, 2024

Ultrason® E 2010 G4 MR SW 15102 by BASF is a high-temperature resistant, amorphous thermoplastic derived from polyethersulfone (PESU), reinforced with 20% glass fiber. It is insoluble in water. It exhibits outstanding thermal stability, creep strength at high temperatures, good toughness & impact-resistance and high stiffness. It is resistance to fracture, superheated steam, oil, fuel, fluorine and coolants. It offers good dielectric properties, high mechanical strength, very good fire behavior, excellent hydrolysis resistance and high resistance to thermal aging. It provides very high long-term service temperature, resistance to weathering, good dimensional stability and good electrical insulating capacity. It can be processed using injection molding. Applications include automotive construction, household sectors, and electric & electronic components. Ultrason® E 2010 G4 MR SW 15102 complies with the EU Directive 2006/122/EC (PFOA), EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and EC Regulation 1907/2006 (REACH).
