Ultrason® D 1010 G6 U40 by BASF is a low viscosity polyethersulfone (PESU) blend reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It shows higher comparative tracking index (CTI) compared to other high-temperature polymers like PEI and PPS. It provides high modulus and strength.
- It offers excellent flow behavior, superior chemical resistance and good mechanical performance at elevated temperatures.
- It exhibits very good electrical insulation, favorable dielectric properties, low outgas for clean processes and very good transparency.
- It is suitable for processing by injection molding.
