Adsint PA12 LW is a light weight polyamide 12 grade by BASF, developed specially for the selective laser sintering (SLS) process. Exhibits low density, incomparable smooth finish, medium impact strength, medium process stability and excellent color stability. Provides very fine particle size distribution, excellent free-flow characteristics, high dimensional stability and low water absorption properties. Shows outstanding resistance to acids, bases, salts, oils, hydraulic fluids and fuels. Adsint PA12 LW is used in aircraft, functional prototypes, lifestyle products, production series and industrial applications.
