Adsint PA12GB30 is a polyamide 12 grade by BASF, reinforced with glass beads, developed specially for the selective laser sintering (SLS) process. Exhibits high stiffness, incomparable smooth finish, excellent color stability, improved flexural modulus, low cost, medium process stability and excellent surface properties. Provides medium impact strength, very fine particle size distribution, low water absorption, high dimensional stability and excellent free-flow characteristics. Shows outstanding resistance to acids, bases, salts, oils, hydraulic fluids and fuels. Adsint PA12GB30 is used in consumer goods, functional prototypes, lifestyle products, production series and industrial applications.
