Therma-Tech™ TT6000-8711 EI NHFR WHITE is a white colored, light-weight, thermally conductive and electrically insulating polyamide 6 (PA6) resin. Possesses heat transfer & cooling capabilities and low coefficient of thermal expansion. Offers weight reduction, design flexibility, durability, excellent dimensional stability, good electrical properties and high strength. Provides inherent corrosion/oxidation resistance, good processability, part consolidation, even distribution of heat and greater efficiency. It can be processed by injection molding. Recommended for automotive-under the hood flexible tubes, electrical/electronic heat sinks, housings/enclosures, connectors, cold plates, heat pipes, integrated circuits, substrates, resistors, gaskets, cell phones, bezels and bobbins. Also, used for heat exchangers, radiant heating, HVAC compounds, military computers & equipment, sensors and consumer applications. Complies with RoHS.
