SYNOLITE™ 8388-P-1 by AOC is a low viscous, pre-accelerated, promoted, thixotropic, medium reactive DCPD polyester resin. It does not contain monomeric amines. This grade exhibits great surface quality, low shrinkage, good mechanical properties, optimal processability, very good fiber wetting and impregnation properties. It is developed for hand lay-up and spray-up processes with low styrene emission (LSE) system. SYNOLITE™ 8388-P-1 is designed for building & construction, consumer, electrical, infrastructure, food processing, wind and marine applications. It can be used with powder and emulsion bound mats.
