Elastron® V V101.A35.B by Elastron is a soft, black thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) which consists of a dynamically cured ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) phase closely dispersed in a polyolefin phase (PP). Exhibits bondability to polypropylene (PP), ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) and polyethylene (PE). Provides good physical properties, low density, tear strength, flexibility from temperatures -40 to 140°C and stressed ozone resistance with no cracks. Shows resistance to fatigue, chemicals, acids and bases. It is 100% recyclable. Elastron® V V101.A35.B by Elastron is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. Possible applications include automotive, appliances, construction, electrical, electronics and consumer goods. Complies with RoHS, ISO 14001:2004, ISO/TS 16949:2002 and EN ISO 9001:2000.

Exhibits bondability to polypropylene (PP), ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) and polyethylene (PE). Provides excellent compression set, low density, tear strength, flexibility from temperatures -40 to 140°C and stressed ozone resistance with no cracks. Shows resistance to fatigue, high temperatures, UV light, acids and bases. It is 100% recyclable. Elastron® V V201.D51.N by Elastron is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. Exhibits bondability to polypropylene (PP), ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) and polyethylene (PE). Provides low density, tear strength, flexibility from temperatures -40 to 140°C and stressed ozone resistance with no cracks. Shows resistance to fatigue, ozone, UV light, acids and bases. It is 100% recyclable. Elastron® V V601.A60.N by Elastron is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. Possible applications include automotive, appliances, construction, electrical, electronics and consumer goods. Complies with RoHS, UL 94 V-0 rating, ISO 14001:2004, ISO/TS 16949:2002 and EN ISO 9001:2000.

INVISION™ VX 5065UIA MNA by LyondellBasell is a thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) partially crosslinked ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber. Exhibits high flow, good tear strength, high continuous use temperature, good fluid resistance, low shrinkage, low durometer, easy processability, good weatherability, abrasion resistance and resiliency. Can be processed using injection molding and multi-injection molding. INVISION™ VX 5065UIA MNA is recommended for automotive interior applications.

Versalloy™ HC 9220-90 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a recyclable, thermoplastic elastomer grade, TPV alloy. It is a non-phthalate plasticizer with superior surface aesthetics and good surface finish. It provides exceptional colorability, good processability, good flow for injection molding and excellent extrudability. It allows overmold adhesion to polypropylene. It is processed by extrusion and injection molding. It is used in overmolding, flexible grips, medical/healthcare applications such as medical tubing, disposable medical items and soft touch overmolding for surgical grips. Versalloy™ HC 9220-90 complies with RoHS and ISO 10993 Part 4 & 5.

Versalloy™ XL 9045-1 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is thermoplastic elastomer, TPV alloy. It possesses superior surface aesthetics, exceptional colorability, excellent flow for long & thin flow paths and good surface finish. This recyclable material allows overmold adhesion to polypropylene. It is processed by injection molding. Versalloy™ XL 9045-1 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is used in overmolding, thin-walled parts, consumer- and soft touch applications. It complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1210 and RoHS.

Versalloy™ HC 9210-70N by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a non-phthalate plasticizer, halogen-free, thermoplastic elastomer TPV alloy. It offers superior surface aesthetics and good surface finish. This grade provides exceptional colorability, good processability and excellent flow for long, thin flow paths. This recyclable material allows overmold adhesion to polypropylene. It is processed by injection molding. It is used in overmolding, flexible grips, thin-walled parts, medical/healthcare applications such as disposable medical items and soft touch overmolding for surgical grips. Versalloy™ HC 9210-70N complies with RoHS and USP Class VI.
