Vulcanized Olefinics (TPV / TPE-V) for Plastic Parts

SANTOPRENE™ 8201-50W185 by Celanese is a soft, colorable, non-hygroscopic polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. It exhibits good physical properties and chemical resistance for use in a wide range of applications. It is recyclable within the manufacturing stream.

• It is shear-dependent and can be processed on conventional thermoplastics equipment for injection molding, extrusion or blow molding.
• SANTOPRENE™ 8201-50W185 is used in pipe, seal applications and meets ASTM F477 low head requirements.

SANTOPRENE™ 201-73W222 by Celanese is a soft, specialty and colorable polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. It is recyclable within the manufacturing stream and shear-dependent.

• Suitable for processing by injection-, multi injection- & blow molding, sheet- and coextrusion.
• Recommended for applications requiring good fluid & excellent oxidative-, ozone- and flex fatigue resistance.
• SANTOPRENE™ 201-73W222 is designed for use in automotive, medical, building & construction and consumer products.

SANTOPRENE™ 591-65W175 by Celanese is a soft, black-colored polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. It is completely recyclable and shows excellent resistance to compression set.

• It is shear-dependent and can be processed on conventional processing by sheet-, co-extrusion and thermoforming.
• It exhibits long runs with minimal build-up of material on screen packs or narrow sections die sections.
• SANTOPRENE™ 591-65W175 is designed for thin wall, architectural glazing and sealing applications in industry.

SANTOPRENE™ 9101-90E by Celanese is a hard, black-colored, versatile polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade in the thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). It is a sustainable, recycled within the manufacturing stream.

• It is designed for injection-, blow molding, extrusion and thermoforming.
• It shows excellent resistance to ozone.
• It combines good physical properties and chemical resistance for use in a wide range of applications.
• SANTOPRENE™ 9101-90E is shear-dependent and can be processed on conventional thermoplastics equipment.

Versalloy™ HC 9220-90 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a recyclable, thermoplastic elastomer grade, TPV alloy. It is a non-phthalate plasticizer with superior surface aesthetics and good surface finish. It provides exceptional colorability, good processability, good flow for injection molding and excellent extrudability. It allows overmold adhesion to polypropylene. It is processed by extrusion and injection molding. It is used in overmolding, flexible grips, medical/healthcare applications such as medical tubing, disposable medical items and soft touch overmolding for surgical grips. Versalloy™ HC 9220-90 complies with RoHS and ISO 10993 Part 4 & 5.

Versalloy™ HC 9220-70 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is thermoplastic elastomer, TPV alloy. It is a non-phthalate plasticizer with superior surface aesthetics and good surface finish. This grade provides exceptional colorability, good processability, good flow for injection molding and excellent extrudability. It is a recyclable material which allows overmold adhesion to polypropylene. It is processed by extrusion and injection molding. Versalloy™ HC 9220-70 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is used in overmolding, flexible grips, medical/healthcare applications such as medical tubing, disposable medical items and soft touch overmolding for surgical grips. It complies with RoHS and ISO 10993 Part 4 & 5.

PLASMER® 1035NM by HDC HYUNDAI EP is a dynamically cured thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade by Hyundai EP. Is made of polypropylene (PP) and ethylene-propylene diene rubber (EPDM). Exhibits wide service temperature resistance and compression set. Is eco-friendly, insoluble in water and can be recycled. PLASMER® 1035NM is used in air-bag covers. Complies with RoHS.

MILASTOMER™ 5030NS by Mitsui Chemicals is a general-purpose, low-density olefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. It shows superior heat-, cold-, ozone- & chemical-resistance and rubber elasticity. It exhibits outstanding weatherability, electrical insulation performance and secondary processability characteristics. It is suitable for processing by injection molding method. MILASTOMER™ 5030NS is recommended for grip, compound and packings.

Versalloy™ HC 9220-80 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a recyclable, thermoplastic elastomer, TPV alloy. It is a non-phthalate plasticizer with superior surface aesthetics and good surface finish. This grade provides exceptional colorability, good processability, good flow for injection molding and excellent extrudability. And, allows overmold adhesion to polypropylene. It is processed by extrusion and injection molding.
