TREXPRENE™ A80BW by Mitsubishi Chemical Performance Polymers (MCPP) is a 100% recyclable, UV- and heat stabilized polypropylene and ethylene propylene diene monomer vulcanizate (PP + EPDM TPV) grade. Exhibits easy processing, elastic recovery at elevated temperatures, low density and strong seals properties. Provides good resistance to UV, chemical, heat aging, water and ozone. Designed for extrusion and injection blow molding processing methods. TREXPRENE™ A80BW by Mitsubishi Chemical Performance Polymers (MCPP) is recommended for automotive exterior parts with specifications - Nissan Part # 02001 LH / 02002 RH and GMW15812 Type 7 / GMP.E/P.120.

Elexar® EL-8431 by Teknor Apex is a general purpose, easily colored & printed, PVC-, halogen- and phthalate ester- free themoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade with low flow. Offers superior electrical properties coupled with excellent flexibility, elasticity, toughness and surface aesthetics & good abrasion, tear, and tensile properties. Exhibits high elongation, high tensile strength and low temperature flexibility. It combines excellent low temperature properties with very good thermal stability and shows good sunlight-, weather-, UV- & ozone- resistance. It does not require pre-drying, is fully recyclable and reprocessable, whether from process scrap or post-consumer waste. Suitable for processing by extrusion and injection molding. Desired applications include appliance wire insulation, appliance wire jacketing, cable jacketing, connectors, flexible cord jacketing, industrial cable insulation, terminal cable jacketing, underground power cable, wire & cable applications and wire jacketing. Used in cords, battery cables & robotic cables, grommets and boots. Also used gas tube and oil burner cable (UL-814) and deep-well submersible pump cable (UL-83). Elexar® EL-8431 by Teknor Apex complies with UL94, UL 1581 & RoHS and automotive specifications such as FORD ESB-M2D296-A.

EZPrene® 9035A by Ravago Manufacturing Americas is a 100% recyclable thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) based on polyolefin. It is an ultra-soft, easy to color, non-hygroscopic grade offering excellent chemical resistance and physical properties.

• It provides excellent flex fatigue resistance and adhesion to polypropylene (PP) & styrene ethylene butylene styrene (SEBS).
• It exhibits low to no water absorption, ozone- and UV resistance.
• It possesses excellent surface aesthetics, fast cycle time, superior weatherability, very wide hardness range, good mechanical resilience properties, low odor and fogging.

• EZPrene® 9035A can be used in construction, appliance, houseware, electric & electronics, miscellaneous and automotive interiors applications.

ENFLEX® V1090A BLK UV by Ravago Manufacturing Americas is a recyclable polypropylene and ethylene propylene diene monomer vulcanizate (PP + EPDM TPV) grade. It exhibits weather resistance, elasticity like rubber, high heat resistance, low compression set, good processability, overmolding and blending compatibility with polypropylene (PP).

• It provides weak acid-, alcohol-, base-, detergent-, oil-, ozone-, solvent- and UV resistance.
• It shows good performance of vulcanized rubber with advantage of low-cost thermoplastic processing.
• It offers low fogging, very good fatigue resistance and tear strength, self-coloring due to proper masterbatches (MB) and utilized as pre-colored compounds.
• It is suitable for extrusion and injection molding methods.
