Versalloy™ HC 9220-90 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a recyclable, thermoplastic elastomer grade, TPV alloy. It is a non-phthalate plasticizer with superior surface aesthetics and good surface finish. It provides exceptional colorability, good processability, good flow for injection molding and excellent extrudability. It allows overmold adhesion to polypropylene. It is processed by extrusion and injection molding. It is used in overmolding, flexible grips, medical/healthcare applications such as medical tubing, disposable medical items and soft touch overmolding for surgical grips. Versalloy™ HC 9220-90 complies with RoHS and ISO 10993 Part 4 & 5.
