ULTEM™ resin ATX200R (Asia) by SABIC is an amorphous, high flow, PFAS-free, flame retardant polyetherimide (PEI) blend with internal mold release. It provides high stiffness, hydrolytic stability, chemical resistance and good mechanicals in broad temperature range.

ULTEM™ resin 3452 (Europe) by SABIC is an amorphous, PFAS-free, flame retardant, 45% glass and mineral fiber reinforced polyetherimide (PEI) grade. It provides high stiffness, strength, hydrolytic stability and mechanicals in broad temperature range.

• It exhibits good, chemical resistance, good low creep sensitivity, low shrinkage, good metal adhesion and high heat resistance.
• It offers easy flow, good dimensional stability with low toxicity and smoke evolution.
• Suitable for processing by injection molding.
• It is used in automotive (heavy truck, automotive under the hood, aerospace, motorcycle, recreational/specialty vehicles), building and construction (building component, water management), consumer (consumer goods, sport/leisure, personal accessory, home appliances, commercial appliance, furniture)

ACRYLITE® SunResist ZS61 Polymer by Roehm is an impact-modified, amorphous polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) grade. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and co-extrusion. Exhibits high heat-, weather-, scratch-, chemical-, abrasion and stress cracking resistance. It offers enhanced UV light absorption, good melt flow rate, and low lubricant levels.

• It forms an ultra‑thin co‑extruded protective layer that blocks harmful UV light up to 400 nm, helping preserve color and surface integrity and reducing fading and degradation over time.
• It exhibits high UV light resistance, durability and excellent transmission.
• It provides high flexural strength, strong notched izod impact resistance, and elevated heat deflection temperature.
• It elevates finished parts with a premium surface quality.
• Offers precise gloss control and surface hardness, enabling high-end aesthetics without sacrificing robustness.
• It is recommended for outdoor applications including outdoor furniture, transportation, recreational components, and sanitaryware (pools, shower panels, outdoor sinks and spa).
• It is used in building and constructions, including window profiles, doors, decking, cladding, siding, railing and fencing.
• ACRYLITE® SunResist ZS61 Polymer is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016.

Arnitel® PL461 by Envalior is a high-performance, high flow, non-reinforced & non-flame retardant, thermoplastic copolyester (TPC). It is a lighter, smarter, greener alternative to conventional rubbers thus, reducing environmental impact. It is processed by injection molding. It possesses creep resistance, strength & excellent processing characteristics. It offers chemical resistance against household chemicals like cleaning agents, sunscreen lotion and automotive greases and oils. It allows for reliable solutions due to high flexibility in various temperature regimes, excellent colorability and color stability. It enables airless design, eliminating down time & labor for flat tire service. This grade displays extended service life: 2-3 times longer than traditional pneumatic tires. It offers high load performance and flex fatigue endurance. It allows for cost effective solutions since it yields thermoplastic processing advantages over rubber, resulting in faster cycle times in comparison with other TPE's. It provides high abrasion resistance, excellent load bearing capacity and environmental resistance and very consistent performance over temperature ranges from -55°C (-67°F) to +150°C (+300°F) and longest lifetime. Arnitel® PL461 is used in bed & support springs, cosmetic & soap dispensers, non-pneumatic wheel and railway pads. It meets ISO 18064 for TPC-ET.

Akulon® K222-D by Envalior is a food contact, low viscosity, polyamide 6 grade. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and offers good chemical resistance. Akulon® K222-D is used in consumer goods and furniture applications like chair arms, bases and frames.

Akulon® K224-PG8 by Envalior is an impact-modified polyamide 6 grade reinforced with 40% glass. Suitable for processing by injection molding and offers good chemical resistance. It is used in automotive airbag containers, oil sumps, pans and suspension system spring seats. Akulon® K224-PG8 is also recommended for consumer goods & furniture in chair arms, bases, frames and industrial refrigerator hinge applications.

Apec® DP1-9354 by Covestro is a linear, amorphous and flame retardant co-polycarbonate grade. Provides high viscosity, toughness, low-temperature impact strength, glass-like transparency, good metallization and high dimensional accuracy and stability. Exhibits good electrical properties, impact resistance, high heat resistance (between 158°C and 203°C) and good resistance to saturated aliphatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, dilute mineral acids, and both neutral and acid salt solutions. Shows good weatherability, flowability and broad temperature range from -30°C to +200°C. Apec® DP1-9354 by Covestro can be processed by injection molding. Is suitable to be used as a replacement for glass, metal or standard polycarbonate in high-heat applications. Recommended for electrical and electronic markets for TV housings, computer frames, electrical appliances, switches, lamp-covers and glazing applications.
