LEXAN™ Copolymer XHT1171 (Americas) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, non-reinforced, heat stabilized polycarbonate (PC) copolymer blend. It provides high heat resistance, mold release and high flow. It is processed by injection molding. It enables high aesthetics, thin wall and complex designs. It is used in consumer goods like lighting, appliances such as home and commercial, mass transportation like recreational and specialty vehicles. It is suitable for defense, outdoor, lawn and landscape applications, automotive interiors, exteriors and under the hood. It is suggested for water management, personal accessory, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, building and construction. It is also used in aerospace, industrial material handling, healthcare such as surgical, patient testing, medical facility infrastructure, fluid and blood handling. LEXAN™ Copolymer XHT1171 (Americas) is recommended for ophthalmics, electronics, electrical devices, displays, components and infrastructure.

LEXAN™ COPOLYMER CXT19 (Europe) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, unreinforced polycarbonate (PC) copolymer resin with crystal clear transparency. It offers mold release and high heat resistance. It is a heat-stabilized grade with a broad processing window and limited yellowing. Recommended for automotive interiors, electrical devices & displays, home appliances, automotive lighting, electronics and consumer applications. LEXAN™ COPOLYMER CXT19 (Europe) ?is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is available in limited transparent colors.

LEXAN™ COPOLYMER 4704 (Europe) by SABIC is a high heat-stabilized & resistant, PFAS-free, unreinforced polycarbonate (PC) resin. It possesses mold release and high heat resistance. It is processed by injection molding. LEXAN™ COPOLYMER 4704 (Europe) is designed for consumer, food & amp, beverage, home appliances, electrical & electronics components and infrastructure. It is FDA compliant and alternative grade for HPH4704.

CYCOLOY™ FR Resin CX7211 (Americas) by SABIC is a non-chlorinated & brominated, flame-retardant polycarbonate and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC+ABS) blend. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and is used for thin wall applications. It exhibits medium flow, hydrolytic stability, good mold release and chemical resistance. CYCOLOY™ FR Resin CX7211 (Americas) is used in electrical devices & displays, specialty vehicles, rail, sleep therapy, lighting, energy storage, home appliances, electrical components, patient testing, fluid, blood handling, mass transportation, healthcare, electronics and consumer applications. Complies with UL 94 V-0, 5VA and 5VB flame rating.

ULTEM™ resin 1000 by SABIC is amorphous, transparent, flame-retarded polyetherimide (PEI) grade. It is metallizable and transparent to microwave radiation & near IR. Provides high stiffness, strength, hydrolytic stability, low creep sensitivity, shrinkage, good metal adhesion, low smoke and toxicity. Offers radiation resistance (gamma, x-ray), chemical-, UV-C resistance, high electric breakdown strength (BDS) and high heat resistance. Exhibits excellent mechanicals in broad temperature range, good dimensional stability and excellent electrical properties. ULTEM™ resin 1000 is suitable for processing by additive manufacturing, injection compression molding, compression molding, foam-, film- & profile extrusion, injection molding, extrusion blow molding and extrusion compounding. Used in rigid packaging, aircraft interiors, defense, outdoor, lawn & landscape, semiconductors, fossil, electric vehicle, heavy truck, automotive interiors, electrical devices & displays, specialty vehicles, ophthalmics, rail, wind energy, sport/leisure, consumer packaging. It is also recommended for personal accessory, textile, lighting, energy storage, home appliances, servomotor, bus, electronic, electrical components, industrial, automotive under the hood, commercial appliance and recreational vehicle. Complies with RoHS, UL94 V-0, V-2 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853. The natural, uncolored, material is halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E and JEDEC JS709B. The base material is transparent amber colored but is also available in custom colors- transparent and opaque.
ISCC+ certified bio-based version also available for this grade.

Supreme 10HT by Master Bond is a durable, one-component epoxy (EP) system. Provides high adhesion, viscosity, high sheer- & peel strength, low shrinkage and good dimensional stability. Exhibits good electrical insulation, toughness, versatile cure schedules and good thermal cycling ability. It is a 100% reactive, cryogenically serviceable grade and offers resistance to mechanical & thermal shocks. Also resists many chemicals, such as acids, bases, water, oil, fuels and solvents. Cryogenically serviceable, it is suitable for aerospace, electronic, electrical, computer and metalworking applications. Other applications includes appliance, automotive and chemical industries. applications. The shelf life of Supreme 10HT is 3-6 months. Meets RoHS and NASA Low Outgassing specification.

CYCOLOY™ FR Resin CX7110 by SABIC is an unreinforced, flame retarded polycarbonate and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC+ABS) blend. It is non-brominated & non-chlorinated and is suitable for processing by injection molding. It shows high flow, hydrolytic stability, good mold release and chemical resistance. It is a good candidate for thin-wall applications. CYCOLOY™ FR Resin CX7110 is recommended for electrical devices & displays, home appliances, electrical components and consumer applications. Complies with UL 94 V-0, V-1, V-2 and 5VB flame ratings.

LEXAN™ COPOLYMER 4701R (Americas) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, unreinforced polyphthalate carbonate (PC) resin. This heat-stabilized grade possesses high heat resistance and mold release. It is recommended for healthcare, consumer, automotive, interiors, electrical devices & displays, electronics, respiratory- and sleep therapy. It is also used in home appliances, electrical components & infrastructure, personal recreation, recreational vehicle, automotive lighting and exteriors. LEXAN™ COPOLYMER 4701R (Americas) is processed using injection molding.

LEXAN™ COPOLYMER EXL1414 (Asia) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, impact resistant, polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. It is a medium flow grade that can be processed by injection molding (IM). It offers extreme low temperature (-40 C) ductility in combination with excellent processability and release with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. LEXAN™ COPOLYMER EXL1414 (Asia) is available in wide range of opaque colors. It is recommended for automotive interiors, under the hood, exteriors and recreational/specialty vehicles. It is suitable for building components, construction & water management and consumer applications like sports/leisures, personal accessory, home- & commercial appliances and personal recreation. It is designed for use in electrical industry, defense and electronic applications such as mobile phones, computers and tablets. It is used in surgical devices, general healthcare & patient testing.
