Akulon® F136-C by Envalior is a lubricated, very high viscosity, food contact polyamide 6 grade. Offers good chemical resistance and is suitable for processing by blown and cast film extrusion. It is used in agricultural films and consumer goods. Akulon® F136-C is recommended for food packaging applications for cheese, fish, meat and medical.

ULTEM™ resin 1000E by SABIC is an unreinforced, amorphous, halogen-free flame retardant polyetherimide (PEI) resin. It is suitable for processing by additive manufacturing, extrusion blow molding, film-, foam- & profile extrusion, compression molding, compounding and injection molding. Offers internal mold release, high stiffness, hydrolytic stability, low smoke & toxicity and good mechanicals in broad temperature range. Exhibits low creep sensitivity, low shrinkage, good metal adhesion, high strength and good dimensional stability. Shows good electrical properties, good processability, good chemical and high heat resistance. ULTEM™ resin 1000E is used in rigid & consumer packaging, aircraft & automotive interiors, defence, outdoor, lawn & landscape, semiconductors, fossil, electric vehicle, heavy truck, electrical devices & displays, specialty vehicles, beverage, ophthalmic, rail, wind energy, sport & leisure, personal accessory and textile. Recommended for lighting, energy storage, home & commercial appliances, servomotor, bus, electrical components & infrastructure, personal recreation, industrial material handling and composite applictions. It is UL 94 V-0 and 5VA flame rated and RoHS compliant.
ISCC+ certified bio-based version also available for this grade.

SABIC® LLDPE RG50035 by SABIC is a non-UV stabilized linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) grade with balanced density and viscosity. Provide excellent stress crack resistance, good mechanical properties with high rigidity and toughness with low warpage. SABIC® LLDPE RG50035 is suitable for processing by rotational- and compound molding. Applications include water tanks, industrial-, agricultural tanks and containers, general purpose rotomolding articles and as carrier resin for producing compounds and masterbatches. Is a food contact approved grade.

Escorene™ Ultra FL 00226CC by ExxonMobil Chemical is an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) with a thermal stabilizer additive. Exhibits low gel and provides high hot-tack. Designed for stretch film applications. Escorene™ Ultra FL 00226CC by ExxonMobil Chemical is recommended for barrier food packaging, agricultural film, high frequency sealing, surface protection film, PVC replacement, flexible packaging.

Marlex® HMN TR-935G Polyethylene by Chevron Phillips Chemical is a medium density polyethylene hexene copolymer in 35 US mesh powder form. It is processed by rotational molding. Exhibits wide processing window, excellent impact strength, good flow, durability and excellent ESCR. It is used in recreational & agricultural equipment, toys and carts. Marlex® HMN TR-935G Polyethylene meets ASTM D4976-PE 223, FDA 21 CFR 177.1520(c) 3.2a.

Marlex® HMN TR-942 Polyethylene by Chevron Phillips Chemical is a high density polyethylene hexene copolymer. It is tailored for rotational molding. This grade exhibits wide processing window, excellent impact strength, durability, good flow and good ESCR. Marlex® HMN TR-942 Polyethylene by Chevron Phillips Chemical is used in agricultural equipment, potable water and chemical tanks. It meets ASTM D4976-PE 233, FDA 21 CFR 177.1520(c) 3.2a.

TUFLIN™ HS-7001 NT 7 by Dow is an antioxidant modified linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) ethylene-hexene-1 copolymer. Exhibits outstanding drawdown, high clarity and superior toughness and provides chemical stability. Designed for slot cast film extrusion applications. Films produced from TUFLIN™ HS-7001 NT 7 by Dow shows high clarity, high tensile strength, high elongation and good puncture resistance. Recommended for stretch and cling wraps. Complies with U.S. FDA 21 CFR 177.1520(c) 3.1a and EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS).

DOW™ LDPE 621I by Dow is a low density polyethylene (LDPE) grade. Exhibits high melt strength and excellent bubble stability and provide chemical stability. Designed for foam and blown film extrusion applications. DOW™ LDPE 621I by Dow possible applications are complex food packaging structures to shopping bags and coated paper boards, overwraps, consumer bags, heavy duty sacks, collation films, lamination films and agricultural films. Complies with U.S. FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 (c) 2.1, Canadian HPFB No Objection, EU, No 10/2011 and EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS).
