ForTii® Ace XTR31S by Envalior is an unreinforced, lubricated, medium/high viscosity, PPA (PA4T). This high-temperature polyamide has excellent viscosity stability, chemical resistance, barrier performance and stable processing. It is used in many coextrusion and pultrusion processes.

ACRYLITE® SunResist ZS61 Polymer by Roehm is an impact-modified, amorphous polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) grade. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and co-extrusion. Exhibits high heat-, weather-, scratch-, chemical-, abrasion and stress cracking resistance. It offers enhanced UV light absorption, good melt flow rate, and low lubricant levels.

• It forms an ultra‑thin co‑extruded protective layer that blocks harmful UV light up to 400 nm, helping preserve color and surface integrity and reducing fading and degradation over time.
• It exhibits high UV light resistance, durability and excellent transmission.
• It provides high flexural strength, strong notched izod impact resistance, and elevated heat deflection temperature.
• It elevates finished parts with a premium surface quality.
• Offers precise gloss control and surface hardness, enabling high-end aesthetics without sacrificing robustness.
• It is recommended for outdoor applications including outdoor furniture, transportation, recreational components, and sanitaryware (pools, shower panels, outdoor sinks and spa).
• It is used in building and constructions, including window profiles, doors, decking, cladding, siding, railing and fencing.

SYNDIGO™ rPE-IN4 by NOVA Chemicals is a 100% post-consumer recycled linear low-density polyethylene and low-density polyethylene (rLLDPE/LDPE) resin. It contains a processing antioxidant and is intended for non-food-grade applications. It is recommended for use as a general-purpose film, a core layer in co-extrusion films, or a blend component. It is suitable for heavy duty shipping sacks, collation shrink, E-commerce packaging, void fill and carry out bags. SYNDIGO™ rPE-IN4 is manufactured from recycled mixed retail PE film.

SYNDIGO™ rPE-IN3 by NOVA Chemicals is a 100% post-consumer recycled linear low-density polyethylene (rLLDPE) resin. It contains a processing antioxidant and is intended for non-food-grade applications. SYNDIGO™ rPE-IN3 is manufactured from recycled PE stretch films. It is suitable for use as a general-purpose film, a core layer in co-extrusion films, or a blend component in applications such as hand stretch, air bubble packaging, can liners, and overwrap.

LUBMER™ LS4140 by Mitsui Chemicals is a ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) grade. It is a self-lubricating, halogen- and PFOA- free, food contact acceptable grade. Exhibits low friction and good resistance to wear and chemicals including alcohols, alkalis, oils, hydrogen peroxide, sulfuric and phosphoric acid.

• It effectively improves sliding property in low dosage, better than PTFE or molybdenum disulfide.
• It also improves abrasion resistance for higher durability and robust material.
• It is designed for processing by injection molding, extrusion or insert mold for grease-less, light weight gears and bearings.
• Applicable materials for modified LUBMER™ include PA6, PA66, Aromatic PA, POM, PBT, PET, PC, ABS and PPS. Provides low water absorption, good moldability, good dimensional stability and electrical insulating properties, high mechanical properties and innovative processability.
• It contributes to increased production efficiency and total cost reduction in a co-extrusion process.
• Complies with UL 94 HB Flame Rating.
• LUBMER™ LS4140 can be used for the replacement for PTFE or as a tribology modifier of engineering plastics.

SURPASS® VPsK914-D by NOVA Chemicals is octene-based, linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) copolymer grade. It contains antioxidant, non-fluorinated polymer processing aid (PPA), slip (1000 ppm) and anti-blocking (2500 ppm) additive.

• Provides excellent seal properties, low gel and haze.
• Offers outstanding melt strength for superior bubble stability.
• It is suitable for processing by blown film extrusion.
• SURPASS® VPsK914-D is applicable for co-extruded sealant layer, lamination and high toughness film.
• Designed for maximum output on high-performance lines.

SURPASS® VPsK914-A by NOVA Chemicals is octene-based, linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) copolymer grade that contains a processing antioxidant. Offers outstanding melt strength for superior bubble stability.

• Exhibits excellent seal properties, low gel and haze.
• SURPASS® VPsK914-A is suitable for processing by blown film extrusion.
• Designed for maximum output on high-performance lines.
• It is recommended for co-extruded sealant layer, lamination and high toughness film.

SURPASS® SPs116-D by NOVA Chemicals is octene-based, linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) copolymer grade. It contains antioxidant, slip (1000 ppm), anti-block (2500 ppm) and non-fluorinated polymer processing aid (PPA).

• It is applicable for co-extruded sealant layer and lamination film.
• Exhibits excellent seal properties, optics, toughness with tear strength.
• SURPASS® SPs116-D is suitable for processing by blown film extrusion.
• Complies with FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.1520 for olefin polymers, para. (c) 3.2a.

SURPASS® VPsK914-CN02 by NOVA Chemicals is octene-based, linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) copolymer grade. It contains antioxidant, gas-fade-resistant and non-fluorinated polymer processing aid (PPA). Provides excellent seal properties, low gel and haze.

• Exhibits outstanding melt strength for superior bubble stability.
• SURPASS® VPsK914-CN02 is applicable for co-extruded sealant layer, lamination and high toughness film.
• Designed for maximum output on high-performance lines.
• It is suitable for processing by blown film extrusion.

SURPASS® SPs116-C by NOVA Chemicals is octene-based, linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) copolymer grade. It contains antioxidant and non-fluorinated polymer processing aid (PPA). Exhibits excellent seal properties, optics, toughness with tear strength.

• It is suitable for processing by blown film extrusion.
