• It is free from plasticizers and exhibits easy release, high elasticity and resistance to oils and greases.

ALFATER XL® ECO D40 2GP0000 by MOCOM Compounds is a black colored polypropylene + ethylene propylene diene monomer vulcanizate [PP + EPDM TPV] grade. Offers resistance to hydrolysis, chemical, weathering, alkali, ozone and hot air. It is suitable for processing by injection molding, blow molding and extrusion. It provides impact protection and shock absorbtion. ALFATER XL® ECO D40 2GP0000 is recommended for automotive, building and construction, do-it-yourself, electrical & electronic, machinery applications such as seals, handles, racking/ shelving, protection caps, soft touch elements, cable ducts, profile, tubes, cable guides, cable jacketing, bellows, air duct.

Dryflex® VE 55A101 by Hexpol is an impact modified, recyclable thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV). It is a lightweight grade and shows high performance, easy processing, excellent flow, high thermal stability, improved flexibility, durability, surface appearance and aesthetics. Possesses soft-touch appeal, less isotropic effects, low compression set, specific gravity and flex fatigue, enhanced tensile- and elongation properties. Exhibits UV-, ozone-, weather-, heat-, chemical-, aggressive-, fluids resistance such as oils, acids, bases, and aqueous solutions. Provides adhesion to polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) in multi-component usages. It is suitable for processing extrusion and thermoforming applications. Dryflex® VE 55A101 is recommended for automotive weather-seals and dynamic gaskets.

Dryflex® A2 602701 is a 100% recyclable thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) based on SBS and SEBS. It allows adhesion to acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polycarbonate (PC) & blend of ABS & PC and shows excellent bonding to PMMA, ASA, SAN & their blends. Exhibits improved UV resistance, ozone resistance, impact resistance, transparency, stronger peel force (than tensile strength) and good resistance to chemicals (except organic solvents, aromatic, and vegetable oils). Offers a soft touch, seal, or good grip, good colorability, flexibility and good processability. Dryflex® A2 602701 is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. Used in handles for screwdrivers, bicycles, and skiing poles, as well as several types of wheels and seals. Suitable for automotive, household, construction, medical device, electronics, and sport markets.

Dryflex® A2 660502 by HEXPOL COMPOUNDING is a 100% recyclable thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) based on SBS and SEBS. It allows adhesion to acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polycarbonate (PC) & blend of ABS & PC and shows excellent bonding to PMMA, ASA, SAN & their blends. Exhibits improved UV-, ozone-, impact resistance, transparency, stronger peel force (than tensile strength) and good resistance to chemicals (except organic solvents, aromatic, and vegetable oils). Offers a soft touch, seal, or good grip, good colorability, flexibility and good processability. Suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. Used in handles for screwdrivers, bicycles, and skiing poles, as well as types of wheels and seals. Dryflex® A2 660502 is recommended for automotive, household, construction, medical device, electronics, and sport markets. Complies with food regulations (apart from fatty foods).

Dryflex® 602600 A01 by HEXPOL COMPOUNDING is a 100% recyclable thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) based on SBS and SEBS. Exhibits ozone resistance, excellent weather resistance & ageing in air and good resistance to chemicals except organic solvents, aromatic and vegetable oils. Offers a rubber feel, good colorability, flexibility, good processability and good compression set. Possesses high temperature resistance, very high strength, matt surface, excellent stiffness and excellent impact resistance. Shows adhesion to polyamide and has bond strength greater than the tensile strength. Dryflex® 602600 A01 is suitable for processing by co-extrusion or overmolding at a lower temperature. Used in handles for screwdrivers, bicycles and skiing poles, and various types of wheels & seals. Suitable for automotive, household, construction, medical device, electronics and sport markets.

Exhibits ozone resistance, excellent weather resistance & ageing in air and good resistance to chemicals except organic solvents, aromatic, and vegetable oils. Offers a rubber feel, good colorability, flexibility, good processability and good compression set. Sarlink® TPV R4 3190B by Teknor Apex is a multi-purpose, high-durometer thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) that contains 45% post-industrial recycled content. It offers excellent processability, superior elasticity and long-term performance.

• It can still be recycled in process or at the end of the product's life cycle.
• It is suitable for injection molding, extrusion, overmolding, and co-extrusion with polypropylene or other thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs).
• It is used in automotive applications including backbone or carrier for extruded seals, like in glass run channels, or boots, bellows, and other under hood components.

Plaslube® ABS 8010 by Techmer PM is an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) grade. Exhibits excellent wear resistance, low coefficient of friction, low noise, reduced slip-stick, elimination of external lubes and enhanced abrasive wear properties. Shows low thermal expansion, good fatigue endurance, high creep resistance & load bearing capacity, and excellent impact resistance & dimensional stability. Can be processed using extrusion blow molding and sheet extrusion. Possible automotive, electrical & consumer durable applications include automotive door-lock mechanism & seat adjustment assemblies, gears, bushings, drive components, seals, fuel line clips, pump components, structural housings, HVAC components, bezels, support brackets, pulleys & connectors, coil insulation, cooling plates, LED lighting components, and bearings for consumer durable & electronic products.

ALFATER XL® D40I 2GP0000 by MOCOM Compounds is a hydrolysis resistant polypropylene + ethylene propylene diene monomer vulcanizate (PP+EPDM TPV) grade with good recovery. Exhibits good resistance to weathering, chemical, ozone and hot air.
