SANTOPRENE™ 101-87 ECO-R

SANTOPRENE™ 101-87 ECO-R by Celanese is a hard, black-colored, versatile polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade in the thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). It make minimum 25% post-consumer recycled (PCR) materials. It is a general-purpose, sustainable, recycled within the manufacturing stream.

• It is designed for injection-, multi-injection-, compression molding, sheet-, co-, other extrusion, calendaring, thermoforming and foam processing.
• It is shear-dependent and can be processed on conventional thermoplastics equipment.
• SANTOPRENE™ 101-87 ECO-R is used for static foot of automotive weather seal systems like glass run channels.
