PPG-15 Stearyl Ether. OXYPON SP 15 by Zschimmer & Schwarz is an emollient and solubilizer. It is a non-ionic propoxylated stearyl ether that contains 0.1 percent BHT as an antioxidant. Provides a nice skin feel and reduces the irritation caused by anionic surfactants. It has good scent solubilizing characteristics. OXYPON SP 15 is used in cleansing formulations, hair care and baby care.
