It is recommended for well-formulated cleansing applications, allowing superb makeup removability by dramatically reducing surface tension both in oil-base and water-base. It is outstanding in lifting all traces of impurities and foundations (silicone film) effortlessly in water-base cleansing formula.
- It can easily form a water buffer and is suitable for pH range of 4-7.
