SymOcide® BHO

Benzyl Alcohol (and) Hydroxyacetophenone (and) Caprylyl Glycol (and) Aqua (and) (stabilizer: Dilauryl Thiodipropionate). SymOcide® BHO by Symrise is a 3-in-1 preservative which contains an antioxidant & soothing agent. It is a benzyl alcohol-based blend with the added power of SymSave® H. It works well and effectively with conventional surfactants as well as sulfate-free systems. It is a multifunctional ingredient and a suitable alternative to phenoxyethanol. It is easy to process and offers broad-spectrum protection against bacteria & other microorganisms. It can be cold-processed. SymOcide® BHO is suitable for applications such as soaps, shower gels, shampoos, creams, wet wipes and face masks. It is China compliant.
