Polyperfluoromethylisopropyl Ether. Fomblin® HC/04 by Syensqo is an emollient, moisture barrier and conditioning agent. Acts as an emulsion stabilizer, binding and anti-cracking agent. It also acts as a plasticizer, skin protectant, detackifier, lubricant, wetting and slow release agent. Provides silky skin feel and is a hydrophobic, lipophobic, vapor permeable, chemically and biologically inert and non-flammable grade. Fomblin® HC/04 is suggested for use in skin- and hair care formulations. Complies with halogen reports, RoHS and WEEE regulations.
