Calamide® L by Pilot Chemical is derived from a renewable vegetable resource. Used in shampoo, body wash, bubble bath and liquid soap. Provides very high viscosity, foam boosting and mildness for formulations using Calfoam® ethoxy sulfates and alkyl sulfates. The liquid form gives ease of handling, compared to the typical solid lauric amide. Calamide® L offers advantage of being pourable and pumpable at room temperature.
