PEG-15 Cocamine. ROKAmin K15 by PCC Group is a non-ionic surfactant and co-emulsifier. It exhibits both non-ionic and cationic surfactant activity, especially in acidic systems. It is resistant to hard water and acidic and alkaline environments. This grade exhibits anti-corrosion- and excellent detergent properties. ROKAmin K15 is used in hair dyes and cosmetics.
