PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil. ROKAcet HR40W by PCC Group is a biodegradable non-ionic surfactant, emulsifier and solubilizer. It is based on renewable vegetable raw materials. It is well accepted by the skin and mucous membranes. It stabilizes oil-in-water (O/W) emulsions. It is used in cosmetics and perfumes as a solubilizer of essential oils, fragrances, vitamins and other oil substances in water and water-alcohol solutions. It offers a reduced freezing point making it easier to handle while processing. ROKAcet HR40W finds application in hair shampoos, conditioner, styling, coloring & bleaching, liquid soap, body/baby wash, lip care, cream and lotion. It is also suitable for face cleansing & treatment, color cosmetics, shaving cream/foam, sunscreens, makeup removal and anti-acne products.
