peg 32. POLIkol 1500 by PCC Group is an emulsifier, humectant, solubilizer and wetting agent. It belongs to the polyoxyethylene-glycol group – PEG. It is safe, biodegradable and non-toxic substance with good solubility in water. It acts as a binder for bar soaps and fixative for fragrances. It offers hygroscopic properties and protection against excessive absorption of moisture. It exhibits solubilizing, softening, lubricating and moisturizing properties. POLIkol 1500 is used in body cosmetics (creams, toothpaste, foundation, face masks, coloring creams), hair cosmetics (hairsprays, gels, conditioners, styling and coloring preparations), after-sun products, cream/lotions, color cosmetics face treatment and cleansing.
