PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil. NIKKOL HCO-60 (PEG-60 HYDROGENATED CASTOR OIL) by NIKKOL GROUP (Nikko Chemicals) is hydrophilic, nonionic surfactant with a large molecular weight manufactured by addition polymerization of ethylene oxide to hydrogenated castor oil. It is widely used as a solubilizer and is particularly suitable for low alcohol content systems. NIKKOL HCO-60 (PEG-60 HYDROGENATED CASTOR OIL) is extremely safe and little skin irritation. It complies with IECIC 2021 certification.
