Citrus Aurantium Dulcis Peel Cera. Orange Peel Wax #139 by Koster Keunen acts as a sunscreen enhancer, waxes & consistency factor and anti-inflammatory. It also acts as a lanolin substitute, free radical scavenger, moisturizer and emollient. It is an all natural semi-solid, first commercially available fruit wax derived from the rind of the orange and through physical processing. It offers protection to the skin with an excellent skin feel. The phytosterols in orange wax are co-emulsifiers which aid in stabilizing emulsions. The color and fragrance are distinctive of the fruit. It is non-phototoxic and free of genetically modified organisms (GMO). Orange Peel Wax #139 finds application in formulating creams, lotions, sunscreens, hair conditioners, shampoos, lipsticks, make-ups, mascaras and stick pencils.
