PEG-160 Sorbitan Triisostearate. Kaopan® TW-IS399S by Kao Chemicals acts as a hydrophilic thickener and surfactant. It is a highly concentrated viscous liquid. It is easy to handle and can be processed at room temperature. It provides significantly higher viscosity than conventional PEG derivative for various mild and sulfate-free solutions. It has no influence of pH on formula viscosity. Kaopan® TW-IS399S is used in personal care products.
