It is a preservative-free, biotechnological product obtained from plant raw materials. Its well assessed process of controlled release greatly enhances the activity of the functional substance included. When salicylic acid is complexed with cyclodextrins, its disinfectant, bacteriostatic and keratolytic properties increases. The association of salicylic acid with cyclodextrins prevents possible irritating reactions occurring with the free form. It specifically indicated for products designed to reduce the unaesthetical signs of acne and for every product employed for seborrheic and impure skin care.
