Moreover, it contains an antioxidant for stability. It is an ointment-like homogeneous mixture of high-purity, hydrogenated, predominantly saturated hydrocarbons. MERKUR 500 is used in skin creams, baby care, body lotions, fatty creams, hair care & hair styling and ethnic hair care & hair relaxer. It is suitable for lotions, pastes, ointments and base creams. It meets Ph.Eur., PAH, ICH (CPMP/ICH/283/95) and Cosmetics Europe Recommendation No. 14 (oral & lip care).
